Today, 21 Renovations continues that vision under the on-site leadership of Co-Founder & Renovation Specialist Juan Restrepo, who brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in Vancouver residential upgrades — specializing in premium condo interior transformations, high-end kitchen renovations, and refined bathroom remodels. Together, this combination of engineering expertise and elevated craftsmanship ensures every project reflects modern luxury, reliable structure, and long-lasting value.
